I kind of miss being in school.
It was such a weird feeling when I graduated, knowing that I was done after being in school for 17 years of my life. I admit, sometimes being a student was the hardest thing ever. I look back at my years spent in grad school and honestly wonder how I even survived! It was so hard, but such a feeling of accomplishment that I finished. Even though it was tough, I secretly enjoyed it!
With that said, I'm pretty sure I don't ever want to go back. I definitely don't miss writing research papers, reading textbooks, taking tests and quizzes. But I still want to continue to learn, which is one reason why I am reading more this year (for fun... not for a grade). And even though I'm done with school, I still have a lot to learn in my career and in life in general. Bring it on!
