I really love to travel.
Sadly, I have not done as much of this as I would have liked by this point in my life. But I have lots of dreams and want to experience lots of new places! There are a couple of places I have always wanted to visit:

- All 50 states... so far I been to (or driven through) 25 of the 50.
- Switzerland. My choir teacher in high school showed us pictures of the country, with lush green valleys right at the base of the snowy Alps. I instantly fell in love with its beauty and have wanted to see it in person ever since.
- Greece. Athens would be awesome to see, but where I really want to go is Santorini in the Greek Isles. I love the look of the white buildings overlooking the ocean. I've been working on a project lately and a few weeks ago came across this picture of my Grandma Dahl in Santorini in about 1972. I seriously love it... and it makes me want to visit even more!
- Holland, Prince Edward Island, Australian Outback, Scandinavia, Puerto Rico, Africa... so many places! I can dream, right?

Hey... you said you were looking for a new job around Redwood City area, and Napa Valley District. Napa Valley is still a 2 hour drive from us... BUT if you need to go to interviews at either place you are more than welcome to crash here with us so it can be somewhere familiar and FREE!!!
