Day 13 - A Letter

Dear SLPAB,

Things were going great at work until I got a letter from you 5 days before my license expired, saying you were missing my transcript and could not renew my license without it.  Not only did I turn my transcript in to you 18 months ago, but I also did everything I could to rush-order it to you again before my license expired.  My company did everything they could to reason with you, but your board would not cooperate at all, and put my paperwork at the bottom of the pile.  Due to your mishap, I have not been allowed to work for 5 weeks.  I did everything on my part to make sure my license would be renewed on time, and I was not aware there were even any problems until it was too late to do anything about them.  I'd appreciate it if you would process my license so I can get back to work.
