Ok, I have a feeling this will be long, so don't feel like you have to read! It's a lot to catch up on:)
It's almost been a month since I wrote anything! Since I last posted, I had a great Christmas break! It started off rough, with my shuttle picking me up 2 hours late which made me miss my flight home. I got onto a flight the next day at 6 am, but once we got on the plane, we all had to get off again due to faulty windshield wipers. I didn't get on another flight until 1 pm that afternoon, so I got home almost 24 hours later than expected!
Over the holidays, I spent lots of time with my family and friends... playing games, making gingerbread houses, wrapping gifts, watching movies, going to plays, staying up late, and enjoying NOT working.
On Christmas Eve, my whole family came over for dinner and a devotional. Jon, Emilee, Mike, and Chloe spent the night,and first thing Christmas morning we had our traditional treasure hunt! We teased my dad because he ordered a bunch of movies online, but the best was that several were on VHS... apparently he didn't check first to make sure they were DVDs! The treasure hunt was followed by presents and my mom's delicious cinnamon rolls. Later that day, I went with my parents to each of my sisters' houses to spend time with them.
Two days after Christmas we celebrated Boxing Day with my dad's extended family (but technically it's the day after Christmas). We met in Lindon for breakfast and visiting with relatives.
For New Year's Eve I went to my friend Gina's new house! She lives there with her sister and a friend, and there were several others there to ring in the new year. We played lots of games, had good food, and laughed a lot!
