*I just accepted a new job for next year! It's with the same company, but hopefully I will be able to work in an elementary school. I'll spend this summer in Utah, and then head back to southern CA in the fall. I'll be living in Diamond Bar, CA... so if anyone needs a place to stay if you come to Disneyland, I'll only be 25 minutes away!
*I got a new calling in my ward today! I'm now the 2nd counselor in the Relief Society presidency. That makes 3 callings for me... added on to the R.S. pianist and choir pianist. I'll be busy!
*I got Photoshop Elements 8.0 yesterday. I'm excited to mess around and experiment with this and make some new digital scrapbook pages!
*After watching General Conference last weekend, I decided I really want to be in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. I definitely don't have a solo singing voice, but I love singing in choirs. This one's pretty high up there, but I think it would be a good goal to work towards and audition sometime! We'll see...

*I started making a skirt yesterday. I have a couple of other projects in mind, but sewing and I don't exactly get along with each other... hopefully I will finish and I will post my completed projects!
*I've been cooking a lot more also... I just bought a cookbook called Hungry Girl 1-2-3 and so far I really like it! I like to cook, but sometimes I'm just lazy and want things to be super easy. The recipes don't have that many ingredients, they are fast and easy, and they are healthy too!

*I felt the big Mexico earthquake last Sunday, but it definitely wasn't as strong as the one I felt in January. It was weird... I could hear it before I felt it. The walls were kind of creaking; once I felt it the shaking got stronger over time and then it stopped after probably 15 seconds. There have been 500+ aftershocks since then, but luckily I live far enough north that I haven't felt them!
*I'm super excited for Glee to start this Tuesday!

Sounds like your ward is keeping you plenty busy! That is also awesome about your new job coming up. That'll be fun to spend some time in Utah. Also I have to tell you that I LOVE Photoshop Elements 8. It is the funnest program!
