My sister tagged me a while ago, and I've been thinking about this forever! Hopefully I've come up with some things that are somewhat interesting to read. Here goes...
1. I LOVE FINDING A GOOD DEAL!
For as long as I can remember, I have always been a bargain shopper. I usually head straight back to the clearance racks and go from there. I just love the feeling I get when I have found something for so cheap! Just yesterday, I bought a shirt for $5.99 that was originally $30! Gotta love it!

2. I LOVE ROLLERCOASTERS
I used to be terrified of riding rollercoasters. I remember that my friends had to talk me into going to 9th Grade Lagoon Day, because I didn’t want to go. Once I was there, they had to talk me into going on the rides! Then my senior year of high school rolled around and we went to California for choir tour. That included going to Disneyland and California Adventure, which weren’t bad. But then we went to Six Flags Magic Mountain, and I conquered the extreme rollercoasters there and loved them all! I figure that if I can enjoy Six Flags, Lagoon should be no problem!
3. I’M A PROFESSIONAL PROCRASTINATOR
I’m pretty sure that I hold the world record for being able to put things off until the very last moment possible! I usually get so stressed out by it, but one good thing (I guess) that has come out of this is that I’ve learned that I work well under pressure, so I’m able to get everything done that I need to. I don’t know why I’ve mastered this skill, but it is definitely something that I wish I wasn’t so good at!
4. MY TEETH HAVE BEEN THROUGH A LOT
I still haven’t come across anyone who had braces for longer than I did! I had braces from the ages of 8 to 13, grades 3-8. That’s just cruel for a child to have to suffer through that! So I’ve definitely had my share of visits to the orthodontist, retainers, and sore teeth and gums! But after all that, I’m proud to say that I never had to wear head gear.
5. SOME RANDOM FACTS ABOUT ME
-I love anything crafty, and sometimes even just walking through a craft store for inspiration!
-I hate it when people clap in the theater when a movie is over
-I love thunder and lightning storms
-I’m terrified of heights
-I love the Creamy Coconut lotion from Bath & Body Works, but it’s only sold at the semi-annual sale… darn!
-It drives me crazy when I can hear people chewing (especially crunchy foods)
-I love singing along to the radio in the car
6. I WANT TO SEE THE WORLD!
I have to say I really love traveling. I have never been out of the country… well, except for going to the Canada-side of Niagara Falls for a few minutes! But there are some really great places in the U.S. that are fun to visit. Some of my favorites have been driving along the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon, walking through Times Square in NYC, looking up at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, and seeing the sites in Washington D.C. I’ve been to a lot of places, but there are still so many more I want to see, both in and out of the country!
