During July 3-6, we had our every-other-year reunion with my Dad's side of the family. This was the first year without either of my grandparents there, but it was still so fun to see every one else! These reunions have been an awesome tradition in our family and I think they are the reason we are so close. Everyone in the whole extended family was there except for my two cousins on missions!
We rented 3 luxury cabin homes for our families at this resort near Zion National Park. We had a reunion here 5 years ago and loved it so much that we wanted to come back! We did lots of chatting and laughing, swimming, playing games, eating good food, and having a great time!
The first night we had a Favorite Things exchange with all of the girls. We each brought our favorite thing(s) under $15 and had a white elephant-style exchange. We had so much fun! I ended up with a set of cake decorating tips and some pumpkin spread.

We had a talent show that included John as "Cousin Cletus," Dave on the harmonica, Ryan's kids doing karate, Matt singing a duet with himself, Mark doing stand-up comedy, Sam's family playing the bells, Emily rapping, Paula singing "Leprosy," and Steve as "Cousin Casey."
We had a Minute-to-Win-It tournament (Tanner was the ultimate champion):
And one of my favorite parts was our ATV ride! I only stalled my 4-wheeler once, but made it out alive (and SUPER dirty) and had a blast!
